ULAB CSE Students Participated in ITEE Examination at ICTD

Students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at ULAB participated in the Information Technology Engineers Examination (ITEE) held at ICTD. A total of 21 students took part in the exam under the supervision of Ms. Suravi Akhter, Lecturer of the CSE Department. Prior to the examination, the students successfully completed a 60-hour training program supported by the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC). ITEE is administered by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), Japan, which is under the Japanese government’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

The ITEE is an internationally recognized certification that evaluates and validates the knowledge and skills of IT professionals. Candidates who pass this examination receive priority consideration for IT-related job opportunities in several Asian countries, including Singapore, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
