ULAB Signs MoU with ICMAB to Strengthen Professional Pathways for Graduates

The ULAB BBA Program successfully hosted a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) on March 9, 2026, at the ULAB Main Campus. The agreement will allow credit transfer opportunities and course waivers within the CMA program, helping ULAB graduates transition more smoothly into the professional accounting field. 
The ceremony was attended by Shamsad Mortuza, Vice Chancellor of ULAB, and Milan K. Bhattacharjee, Treasurer of ULAB, along with Professor Sarwar Ahmed, Dean of the ULAB School of Business; Md Kausar Alam, FCMA, President of ICMAB; S. M. Zahir Uddin Haider, FCMA, Vice President of ICMAB; Professor Dr. Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, FCMA, Treasurer of ICMAB; and Monjur Md. Shaiful Azam, FCMA, Secretary of ICMAB, along with ULAB faculty representatives.
