The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh will observe the national mourning day on August 15, 2009 with due solemnity. National flag will remain half mast and a black flag will remain hoisted as a mark of reverence.

On this occasion a discussion meeting will be held on 15th August at 11:00 a.m at the ULAB Auditorium. The Vice Chancellor will preside over the meeting. Professor Abdul Mannan will be the keynote speaker. All faculty and students are requested to be present at the meeting and pay homage to the father of the nation and architect of independent Bangladesh.
