Seminar on "A Step to Oracle" by Md. Nasim Adnan, Assist. Professor, Dept. of CSE, on 28th July at 2:00pm, Seminar Room, Campus B.  Md. Nasim Adnan has extensive teaching, and professional experience in Oracle Database implementation for many years.

The Seminar will be organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, ULAB.

Abstract:

Discussion on Database Management Systems and Database Systems; Discussion on Oracle Database - Oracle’s dominance in Database Management Systems; Introduction to the structure of Oracle, DDL, DML and security features of Oracle; Software Development using Oracle - Banking Inspection System in Bangladesh Bank.

Brief Bio of Mr. Nasim Adnan:

Currently, Mr. Nasim is working as Assistant Professor of CSE Department, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). Before joining at ULAB he served as a Deputy Director of Bangladesh Bank for more than five years. There he had the opportunity to develop software systems using oracle. Previously, he worked at Computer Ease Ltd. as Programmer Analyst and was involved in implementing many software projects using Oracle. He had B. Sc. from Khulna University in Computer Science and Engineering and M. Sc. from BUET in Computer Science and Engineering. He is also a Member of BCS.
