Model Youth Parliament by United Nations Youth and Students Association (UNYSAB) at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh
6-7 March 2011 UNYSAB is organizing the first-ever Model Youth Parliament from 5th to 8th March, 2011, a simulation program where the youth from Universities across the country will step into the shoes of parliamentary members, discuss, debate and resolve issues regarding the country’s development from a national perspective. It will be based on the format of United Nations General Assembly, but specially modified to suit the needs of a more localized format of the national parliament. This parliament will be a major benchmark of what the country’s real parliament should work. This parliament will aim to overcome the obstacles that hinder the smooth development of the country. University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) is the Venue Partner for this prestigious event. Day 2 and Day 3 Committee Sessions will be held on both campuses.
University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh locations:
Campus A House 56, Road 4A (Satmasjid Road) Dhanmondi, Dhaka | Campus B 719/A Satmasjid Road (@ Road 7A) Dhanmondi, Dhaka |
