UN Library Network Workshop on MDGs Achievement in Bangladesh and Content Management in Knowledge Centers will be organized jointly by University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and United Nations Information Centre (UNIC), Dhaka at the Computer Lab 301 of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (House-56, Road 4/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209) on November 12, 2010 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.

M. Moniruzzaman, Reference Officer, UNIC Dhaka will deliver welcome address.

Mr. Anis Pervez, Associate Professor, Department of Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) & Coordinator of ULAB Library Affairs will deliver opening speech.

Mr. Kazi Ali Reza, Officer- in –charge, UNIC & OIC Dhaka will deliver speech as Resource Person on MDGs Achievement in Bangladesh.

Dr. Md. Nazim Uddin, Senior Manager, LISU, ICDDR, B and Mr. M. Hossam Haider Chowdhury, Librarian, Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) will lecture jointly on Content Management in Knowledge Centers.

Participants (Library Personnel) from 35 organizations (private & public) will attend the workshop. The workshop will end with questions & answer session.
