The Office of the Registrar maintains grades, transcripts and convocation records; handles course scheduling, registration and pre-registration; verifies enrollment and graduation; issues degree certificates; and schedules exams.

Student records are confidential and maintained in strictest privacy. No private records or grades will be given out by telephone or email.

Enrollment and graduation verification may be given out by telephone. Requestor must give the student's full name, department, and Student ID. Requestor must submit his or her own name, title, company/institution, phone number and email address. Requestor may not request verification for more than one student at a time.
