Official transcripts are only available in person from the Office of the Registrar.  Official transcripts are printed on security paper and are duly attested by the Registrar.

 

ULAB reserves the right to withhold transcript or degree certificates from any student who has any financial dues.

To request that an official transcript be sent to you or another person or institution, come to the Registrar's Office and complete the Transcript Request Form.
