Provisional Graduation Certificates

Provisional Certificates are awarded to students who have completed all courses and paid all fees but who have not yet been through formal Convocation. Provisional Certificates are official university documents and are usually accepted in place of Degree Certificates for purposes of job or higher studies applications.

Procedure to Apply

The procedure to apply for a Provisional Certificate is similar to graduation. Fill out the Application Form and bring in person to the Registrar's Office.

Time-frame for Delivery

Please note that the time-frame for delivery is up to two weeks as graduation must be verified by your department and payment of fees must be assured by all offices of the university. There is no expedited delivery of Provisional Certificates. If you know you have a deadline, do not wait until the last minute to apply!
